{"id":21098,"date":"2026-09-15T15:22:19","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T13:22:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/merytronic.gorlan.com\/?p=21098"},"modified":"2026-09-15T15:22:19","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T13:22:19","slug":"merytronic-in-new-zeland-eea-conference-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/merytronic.gorlan.com\/en\/merytronic-in-new-zeland-eea-conference-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Merytronic in New Zeland &#8211; EEA Conference 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Merytronic strengthens its technical presence in New Zealand at EEA 2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Merytronic will participate in the <a href=\"https:\/\/confer.nz\/eea2026\/\"><strong>EEA 2026 Conference<\/strong><\/a>, taking place from <strong>22 to 24 September at the NZICC in Auckland<\/strong>, strengthening its presence in a market where our low-voltage monitoring technology is already supporting electricity distribution networks.<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>stands 128 &amp; 129<\/strong>, we will join <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rdlnz.com\/\">Reticulation Developments NZ<\/a>, our local partner for Merytronic\u2019s fixed monitoring solutions, to present the latest developments in low-voltage monitoring, digitalisation and automation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Advancing low-voltage monitoring and automation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Visitors will be able to discover the latest developments in Merytronic\u2019s fixed monitoring solutions, together with <a href=\"https:\/\/gorlan.com\/zillion\/en\/\"><strong>Zillion<\/strong><\/a>, our new ecosystem of solutions for smart grids, designed for monitoring, control and automation.<\/p>\n<p>Special attention will be given to <strong>retrofit monitoring solutions<\/strong>, designed to bring greater visibility to existing low-voltage installations, and to an <strong>automated low-voltage panel<\/strong> integrating monitoring, communications and automation capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>These solutions respond to the growing need for utilities to gain more detailed knowledge at feeder and phase level while progressively introducing greater intelligence into existing networks.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sharing technical expertise at EEA 2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Merytronic will also contribute to the technical programme of the conference. Our colleague <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/xabieraldekoacruz\/\"><strong>Xabier Aldekoa<\/strong><\/a> will present two technical posters addressing key challenges in the evolution of low-voltage distribution networks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>\u201cFrom LV Visibility to Active Control: A Practical Path for DSO Transformation\u201d,<\/u> focused on the progression from network monitoring to operational intelligence and targeted control.<\/li>\n<li><u>\u201cSecure by Design: Cyber-Resilient LV Automation for Future Distribution Networks\u201d,<\/u> addressing cybersecurity and operational resilience in increasingly digitalised and automated LV networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both contributions reflect Merytronic\u2019s commitment to the evolving challenges of low-voltage networks, where visibility, analytics and automation are key to more flexible and resilient grids.
