PERFORMANCE CO-FINANCED BY THE BASQUE GOVERNMENT (DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, SUSTAINABILITY, AND THE ENVIRONMENT) AND THE EUROPEAN UNION THROUGH THE EUROPEAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND 2021-2027 (ERDF).
The R&D project carried out by Merytronic entitled: “Service architecture for renewable energy technologies and storage for public direct current grids” has been co-financed by the Basque Government and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund 2021-2027 (ERDF).
ASTRA-CC is a project aimed at researching the technologies and components necessary for the development of an electrical grid architecture that facilitates storage and accelerates the integration of applications and services associated with renewable energy systems in public direct current grids.
It is a multi-year strategic industrial research collaboration project (2023-2025) involving the following entities and/or agents of the Basque Network of Science, Technology, and Innovation: I-DE REDES ELECTRICAS INTELIGENTES, S.A. (leader), ORMAZABAL ELECTRIC, S.L.U., MERYTRONIC, S.L., CEGASA ENERGÍA, S.L.U., ZIGOR CORPORATION, S.A., BASQUEVOLT, S.A., University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, IKERLAN S.C.L., Tecnalia Research and Innovation Foundation, Cooperative Research Center in Alternative Energies Cic Energigune Foundation
