We resume our activity after the precautionary suspension
Merytronic has been identified as critical and necessary supplier by several companies that deliver an essential activity or that are part of the supply chain of essential services included in the framework of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14th, and Royal Decree- Law 10/2020, of March 29th. For this reason, we resume our activity after the provisional suspension announced on March 29th.
In this sense, we have the responsibility and legal duty to properly care the requirements of companies operating in critical infrastructures such as power supply. Therefore, we have stablished a series of minimum services in order to reactivate our productive activity and product supply with the aim to service these companies. However, our production capacity has not been 100% restored and our workflow and delivery times may be altered due to the complexity of the environment in which we operate.
Meanwhile, our commercial and technical service teams continue working from home in order to satisfy, as far as possible, all our customers’ needs.
We hope to recover our usual workflow in a short period of time. In the meantime, we will continue doing our best to contribute stopping COVID-19.
