This Merytronic project has been funded by the Bizkaia Provincial Council under the 2024 2i Programme.

What is the 2i programme?

The Bizkaia Provincial Council’s 2i Programme is the main support channel for Bizkaia SMEs  seeking a competitive leap through innovation projects—technological or otherwise—and advanced productive investments. The programme has been launched continuously in recent years, establishing itself as the Bizkaia Provincial Council’s flagship initiative for modernising Bizkaia’s productive fabric.

This year, the 2025 call offers €5.2 million and funds, among other actions, the design of new products, the servitisation of business models, entry into new markets and the modernisation of industrial equipment. It is a key opportunity to transform processes, position oneself in higher-value-added markets and accelerate sustainable growth in Bizkaia.
