The iTRAFO is Zillion’s solution for the monitoring and remote control of OLTC transformers in secondary substations. It acts as an intelligent gateway between the transformer and the Low Voltage Node, enabling supervision of the OLTC status and the secure, controlled execution of voltage regulation actions.
In this way, iTRAFO transforms the transformer into a connected and controllable asset, providing visibility into its operation and enabling remote tap changer control. In addition, its native integration within the Zillion ecosystem allows monitoring, automation and control to be combined within a unified low-voltage architecture.
